Electrically controlled lifting/lowering (speed: approx. 110mm/s); boarding height can be locked (≤750mm) via a travel switch, enabling smooth loading onto/unloading from ambulances without requiring multiple personnel.
Equipped with LED lighting (constant-on/flashing modes) and an acousto-optic warning system, suitable for dimly lit environments or areas with dense pedestrian traffic.
Adjustable stretcher surface: The back pad has a maximum lifting angle of ≥75°, and the leg pad has a maximum lifting angle of ≥15°, both with stepless adjustment.
Large-diameter, wide casters; rear casters with brakes. Directional locking only allows simultaneous locking of front and rear casters; locking casters on the same side or diagonal casters is prohibited (to prevent tipping).

IV. Key Operation Points
(I) Loading onto/Unloading from Ambulance
Unloading:
Open and secure the ambulance’s rear door → Unlock the stretcher compartment → Pull the stretcher trolley to the limit position → Press the "Up" button to extend the bottom frame → Push the trolley away once the casters land stably and the boarding casters are off the rail.
Loading:
Push the stretcher trolley onto the stretcher compartment rail → Press the "Down" button to fold the bottom frame → Push the trolley into the ambulance after confirming it is locked → Close the rear door.
(II) Emergency Operations
Manual Lifting/Lowering: For emergency use only (e.g., dead battery or motor failure). Requires 2 personnel to cooperate in pulling the manual pressure relief valve to control the stretcher’s lifting/lowering.
Emergency Switch: Located on the right side of the battery compartment. Press it to cut off power in case of hazards such as overloading, short circuit, or body part entanglement; pull out the button to reset after the hazard is eliminated.
V. Usage & Maintenance Taboos
Operation Taboos:
Unauthorized operation by non-professionals, overloading, lateral transportation, and equipment modification are prohibited.
During transfer, raise the guardrails and fasten the safety belts (4-point belt for upper body fixation, 2-point belt for lower body fixation); the patient’s head should face the direction of movement.
Battery Maintenance:
Remove the battery if not in use for over 48 hours; store it in a dry environment at 0~20℃ and charge it every 15 days.
Only use the original charger. In case of battery failure, let it stand for 30 minutes to 4 hours; replace it if the failure persists.
Cleaning Requirements:
Wipe with a neutral cleaning agent (pH6.5~7.5); disinfect high-touch areas (armrests, safety belts) with 75% alcohol.
Splashing water and using volatile solvents (e.g., gasoline) are prohibited. Turn off the power and remove the battery before cleaning.
